If you're good at running, then the only real benefit of turning up to a workout that has running in it, is you get 10 seconds of people saying 'oh you're so good at running" and a top spot on Wodify.....

But you're not getting much fitter, you're not burning many calories, because you're so damn efficient, your body is not challenged!!

You have to keep it off balance. Keep it guessing.

Nervous to lift heavy? See you on deadlift day.

Run like Robocop? [guilty....] See you on running day [I'll be there...]

All the grace of a front rower? See you on gymnastics day.

Do what you suck at (in the gym, AND in life) and get better.
